Women today are independent and successful, often earning more than their partners - yet they are still unsure of the financial markets and how best to make their money grow. This description may be from another edition of this product.
I bought this book with high hopes due to all of the good reviews. Unfortunately, it was less than satisfactory. Much, much less. I didn't have fun reading this at all. Every page took me forever to get through because it was just that boring.
A must read...

If you feel yourself a potential writer, and needed to learn what you must not write. Or if you are an acneic teenager, enjoying playing munchkin in RPG, and having trouble dating girls. This book begin agonizing on page 7 on 246, and was frozen dead on page 30. From page 7 we learn the main character (he does not deserve to be call the hero, look in a dictionnary for the definition of a hero)is tall, strong and handsome. From there everybody could guess what will happen. He will defeat his ennemies one handed (one fingered, even) and seduce every women. On page 30 he meet the woman, who as foreseen (on page 7) fall in love with him on the spot. And then, for some 216 pages more, we got a puny attempt from the author (does he deserve this title, as the main character the one of hero ?) try to justify the falling in love of the woman and the so called redemption of the Main character. From my point of view the so called author is confusing attirance and love, and the woman seems to be here more to justify the violent behavior of the main character than for everything else. You hit my possession, I hit you. You hurt my possession, I hurt you. You kill my possession, I kill you. And that is all. Everybody could write thrice the pages (at less) of this book just by decryptping the flaws of this book. But I will be happy to discuss with everyone about it, my email is jmbelval@free.fr. I think this book was only published to make money, and why not ? But let all of us that have enjoyed the game forget it and let it as what it was : a nothingness. PS : you have notice I does not mentionned any name ? It is because the names in this book does not need to be remembered.
Better than the game!!!

I like the non-stop action. I never found myself skimming to get to the good part. Every part of this book is good. Everyone who likes action and adventure in the Forgotten Realms should buy this book! The character Abdel could be the next Drizzt. Fans of R.A. Salvatore should definately check this out.
Outstanding! A must read for Baldur's video fans.

No way can you put this one down once you get started. It adds a a new dimension to the video game. My compliments to Mr. Athans and his crafty writing. When can we expect the next book?

This fast-paced exciting book really captured the feel of the game. I liked learning more about the world and the characters without having to worry about winning! The dialog was tight, the action was hot, and there wasn't a bunch of added "filler" distracting from the story. I can't wait to read his next game novel!
Very entertaining!

I was pleasantly surprised the novelization of a computer game could be so engaging. The book nicely fleshed out the characters and provided great game background. Not at all the boring rehash of a computer game I was anticipating. I really enjoyed it.
