Must Have for Baking

I bought this book because I was just the average cook searching for a cookbook that would tell me what to do exactly and why. I learned so much from this book and now I consider myself a good baker. My family and friends and people I don't know want me to make them deserts. I consider this to be a great accomplishment and exactly what I was looking for.
