Can’t Put It Down

“Bad Man” hooks you from the start, and drags you along on a wild, twisting journey that’ll have you turning pages all night long. There’s a pervasive creepiness that settles in and just doesn’t let up until the end, and you’ll think twice before running to the grocery after dark. One of the best books I’ve read in a while, even moreso because I could’ve guess the ending. Auerbach is a master of his craft.
