Lots of Good InformaTION!

This book has lots of trails described and good information and maps about the trails.

best guide

I have several guide books, this one is the best. Smaller in size than many making riding with in no problem. 228 rides thruout the Canadian Rockies with variations on each ride, Many are in the national parks. Just wish I'd explored more of the trails. The author was a national park warden so he was in thse areas daily, for decades.

Comprehensive guide book

This guide book gives a good review of all the major mountain biking trails in Southern Alberta. The maps are good and there are entertaining photos throughout of some vintage mountain bikers.The difficulty ratings are quite realistic, in my opinion.

It's like you have a experienced guide on the ride with you.

This is an absolute MUST for everyone mountain biking in the Canadian Rockies. The maps and descriptions of the trail are extremly acurate and are extremly useful.
