My favorite mother goose

My grandmother read this book to me over and over again when I was a child, and now I am reading it to my child. Although some rhymes may be frightening to today's children (little Polly Flinders, Tom the piper's son, the old lady in a shoe), the illustrations are absolutely beautiful.
