This book has photographs of the Avalon Peninsula of St.John's, Newfoundland, Canada.The Avalon Peninsula is spectacularly beautiful & Ben Hansen captures its beauty quite well.The Avalon Peninsula is popular for its plentiful fishes especialy codfish.The rest of the island is very spectacular as well.Ben Hansen photographs covers fishing related matters,St.John's habour with Signal Hill (the true centre of the world & the first place to received radio signal for docking ships) & amazing buildings to boot!He also included the St.John's Convention Centre & Mile One Stadium!If you have been to St.John's, Newfoundland, Canada : this is a great reminder of this beautiful island, great food (including seafood) & most friendly people you will ever meet!I visited St.John's, Newfoundland, Canada in 2006 : this book is a marvellous reminder, well excecuted photographs,highly recommended.
