Confusing information

I was excited to find some recipes that would be good for me however I'm very disappointed with the book. As a vegan of 8+ years I have seen alot of misinformation about this ethical life choice. One being that 'vegan' is solely a diet. It is not. So I disagree with the title being called a vegan diet. Second I found a recipe that called for 2 eggs. Vegans do not eat any animal products or by products. So im confused why this is in the book. Also recommendations for a dairy product for non vegans? Again confused as this book stated "vegan diet". This hurts the movement of animal rights but also confuses people on diets. There are also alot of errors, and calls for processed foods which isn't necessarily healthy especially when trying to work with health issues.
