Aunt Dimity Slays the Dragon

Great read as usual worth waiting for. If haven't read her books start from the being and read on. You will really enjoy the stories.Lori the main character is always getting into more than she can handle and Aunt Dimity must come to the rescue. When you get the books you must read on for you cannot wait to find out who done it or why. But please if you are a new reader start from the being.

Aunt Dimity Slays the Dragon (Aunt Dimity Mystery) by Nancy Atherton

I have read every one of these Aunt Dimity books and have loved them all. I love how she carries the characters over in each new book It is hard waiting for the next book.

Aunt Dimity Wins Again!

Nancy Atherton writes the coziest of cozy mysteries. In fact, the first book in this series, Aunt Dimity's Death, is on "The 100 favorite Mysteries of the 20th century" list by the International Mystery Booksellers Association. A cozy mystery, by definition, is as much interested in the characters' day to day life, relationships, and experiences as it is in the mystery itself, so don't expect mean streets, cynical P.I's, or hardened criminals here. You may; however, want to try the Honey cakes recipe. Reading a new Nancy Atherton book is like visiting an old friend. On this visit, Lori goes to the Renn. Fair, and we go along, as well, experiencing it through her eyes. I can't get enough of these books. More, more, more!

Awesome as always !

I LOVE Aunt Dimity books and this is no exception. They are fun, lite, gripping stories with a touch of fantasy. I look forward to every February when N. Atherton releases another great mystery.

Another fun cozy from Ms. Atherton

I do love and participate in Renn Faires - not Ren Fests as the book says they are called in the States. And I thoroughly enjoyed this book despite its incorrect references. I do not think it was Nancy Atherton's best Aunt Dimity book (by far), but it was a fun, quick read. I can't get enough of Lori and her family and friends, Finch, and Aunt Dimity. I hope this series continues on for a very long time. One question for anyone who has read this - where the heck did Lady Amelia come from at the end of the book? Who is she?
