Wonderful book that helps children understand AD/HD.

This is a great book that gives children a better understanding of AD/HD. I would say it's geared for Grades 4 and up. It would be good for a child who has a sibling, friend, or classmate with AD/HD. It helps them to understand that everyone is different and how to cope and get along despite these differences. The author writes "They are just as smart as other children; it's just that they may learn things in different ways." The book discusses the causes, symptoms and treatments of AD/HD. It tells about successful people who have AD/HD. It stresses that no one should feel embarrassed or ashamed about this condition. It will help all children to be more understanding and accepting.
