Absolutely Abominable

"Atlantic" is without a doubt the very worst book Winchester has ever written. It is excessively verbose and loquacious. It's all about himself. Very long prologue and preface that serve no purpose but to fill up pages. The book is completely disorganized and delivers NONE of which the front cover promises. Dreadfully boring, rarely informative, tedious, slow, and overwhelmingly dull, it is a wonderful cure for interminable insomnia. Don't waste your money on this piece of trash.
