Gases were determined, soil and three plant species (Conocarpus lanciflius, Eucalyptus camaldulensi and Suaeda vermiculata) leaves samples were collected seasonally from ten locations in west Qurna-1 Oil field from January, 2018 to December, 2018 to determine the concentrations of Total Petroleum hydrocarbon (TPHs) using spectrofluorometer, the aliphatic (nalkanes) and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon (PAHs) determined using capillary Gas chromatographic for soil and plants samples. Also, heavy elements (lead, nickel, copper, cadmium, manganese and iron) were determined in exchangeable and residual phases using flame atomic absorption spectrophotometer (FAAS). The total organic carbon (TOC) in soil and soil texture were also analyzed. Air gaseous pollutants such as (CO, CO2, NOX, SOX, H2S, CH4, HCs, and O3), and noise levels were also determined.
