Great flavor using everyday household ingredients.

I just purchased this book recently and have been simply delighted with what I found within its pages. Granted thus far I have only tried "Kung Pao Chicken." It was, however, one of the most delicious dishes I have EVER prepared. I was so pleasingly surprised in the results. There are so many more recipes within the pages of this cookbook I can't wait to try. The book begins with the section "Enticing Appetizers" continues on to sections on soups, salads and side dishes as well as "Vegetarian Delights", "Sensational Poultry", "Perfect Pork", "Outstanding Beef" and "Seafood Treasures." There are exquisite photographs of the various dishes displayed throughout the book. The sight of them really whet your appetite inviting you to cook them for yourself. What I like especially is that there are almost no hard-to-find-in-grocery-stores ingredients used in the recipes. I can find most of what is used already in my pantry. I really look forward to trying "Asian Turkey Burgers", "Chicken Ribbons Satay", "Teriyaki Scallops", "Rainbow Stir-Fried Fish", "Pepper Beef". "Sesame Steak", and "Oriental Beef Kabobs". If their taste is anything like the "Kung Pao Chicken" they will be a REAL delight. Highly recommened.
