Awesome Resource!

I had this book checked out of the library for so long that I finally decided I needed to just buy it. It's a great resource for a beginning artist. It covers every possible medium and process and gives lots of history and background for art. It doesn't go into extreme detail, but gives you enough information to know whether you want to try something or not. Then you can research online or elsewhere for more information. I love this book. It's filled with stickies hanging out all over. It's given me so much inspiration for my own art and exposed me to much more than I ever thought I would. I highly recommend this book for beginners. Those of you who went to art school won't need this book.
