Helpful but not complete.

This book introduced me to the thought that there may be other things out there that can help with Arthritis. So I pursued the idea of CMO and found that my Temperature was too low for the CMO to absorb well. This took me to Low Temperature syndrome which I now found a doctor to help me with. I did try some of the endocrine support products mentioned in my search for Low Temperature Syndrome and find I feel better already before any real treatmen. Soooo I guess this book is good, but I wish it was more complete in bringing out things such as the Low Temperature Syndrome problem in getting the arthritis cure.
