My toddler daughter loves this warm and beautiful book.

With its images of a mother and daughter enjoying a summer day together in the city, this book has been a repeat favorite in our home. Sontpiet's illustrations convey a delight in humans and human variety which makes cities fun to be in. The text is not quite as strong as the artwork but we are definitely looking forward to more from this author.
