Aromatherapy: A Step-By-Step Guide

A concise, easy to use little book. I love having all the necessary info for each essential oil (what symptoms it's good for, how to use it, what other oils work well with it and cautions) all on one spread. I only wish it covered more than the 15 oils it does.
