This project developed out of the author/ curator's fascination with the quality and the iconography of Arnaldo Roche-Rabell's work, It was catalyzed by a conversation with Steve High, the former director of the Anderson, and it has been supported by the artist's two perceptive and devoted dealers: Maud Duquella of Galeria Botello in Hato Rey, Puerto Rico and George Adams of his namesake gallery in New York City.
