Love it.......

Leon Aristides believes in money, power and family. So when his sister dies, leaving a son, he acts quickly and ruthlessly. He finds the woman who has guardianship of his nephew and insists she marry him! Helen knows that Leon believes her to be a money-hungry, experienced woman of the world -- until their wedding night reveals otherwise! But Helen wants more than an incredible lover...she wants a loving husband! This is a keeper. Leon is one of those guy's you really don't like at the beginning, but as the story goes along, you get more and more insight into his Mind, things end up clicking and you fall in Love with him. Again, I just fell in Love with this book and have since re-read it several times.

Hot love story

Leon is one of those sexy Alpha males who can come across as domineering and hateful, but he grows a a character in this book. His mother had post-natal depression, so one minute she was loving and the next she was hateful toward him, so he's not too keen on love or women, except for one thing :) Fortunately for Helen, Leon decides after they marry for his nephew's/her guardian's sake, that he can quite happily devote himself to that "one thing" with her several times a day. She doesn't think too much of Leon because her friend, his younger sister, told her how unreasonable and chauvinistic her brother and father were. That's why she basically gave her son to Helen to raise and popped over for visits. She told Helen when she turned 25 and gained control of her trust fund, she'd say to heck with them and raise her illegitimate son. She dies and Leon cruelly breaks the news to Helen and then says he'll take the young boy off her hands. Helen is of course soft-hearted and quite attached to the youngster. So Leon marries her both for the boy's sake and to keep control of his company, because the child has inherited his mother's shares in the business. Although Leon denies the existence of love, he finds himself becoming more dependent on Helen so he labels it lust. As the story progresses and they share one marathon love session after another, Leon begins to see the light. At the beginning of the book it's Leon who's the hardcase and Helen is lovesick for him. Around 3/4 of the way through, it's plain that the tables have turned. He's stupid in love with her and doesn't care who knows it. There are of course a couple of misunderstandings before they can live happily ever after, but it's a nice journey for the reader just getting there. Recommended read.
