Discursive Look at Legal Theory

This volume is an excellent overview of a wide range of prominent feminist scholar's views on legal issues having important impacts on women's lives. The editors have divided the commentary into a number of topics including employment, rape and sexual assault, and reproductive rights. Each section includes an extensive introductory overview and a range of articles on the topic collected from the past twenty years. This volume in an excellent and informative source for anyone interest in feminism, legal theory, or women's issues. I particularly enjoyed the richness of the connections between theory and real life women's experiences.
