Great insight!

I found this book to be very informative. I have yet to read a book that provides as much information on the subject of rape/self defense. The author has a profound knowledge of the human mind and did make me more aware of how inadvertently I myself was a target without that I knew. This book will enable me to better prepare my daughters against potential danger, I am thankful for that. Truly a textbook for the good guys!

This book was informative not in just learning how to defend yourself but in teaching you awareness so that you learn to avoid any possible dangerous situations, how the criminal mind works and how you can take precautions in your life to reduce the risk of a personal attack.

This book is an amazing example of the legal and criminal angles of the crime of rape. The author gives very detailed accounts of past crimes and legal reactions which will give even the most confident individual cause to believe what everyone already knows, it can happen to anyone! Their is very thorough instruction on methods of awareness and personal security, so simple yet so often overlooked by society. This book is informative, it is a textbook, which means with constant reference it can create a better understanding of personal well being and safety.I thoroughly enjoyed the no nonsense approach to the subject of self-defense and anti-rape. The author is obviously very well experienced in the subject matter and it would be worth your time and effort to read this work and most of all to learn from it.
