This is the best-written, and is superbly successful in teaching how to monitor a foetus, what the monitor will show, and why--at several levels--these things happen. Great information. A must for OB nurses

Wonderfully put together. Easy to read and understand. I bought several for friends and one for the unit. It is my understanding that this book will be used in the Universities soon.

If you work in labor and delivery, this is a must read, and keep in your unit for a back up.

The most indepth book on fetal monitoring I've ever seen!

I am an RN working in a labor and delivery and high risk antepartum unit and have taken a number of advanced fetal monitoring classes. I was shown this book by a co-worker and couldn't believe how much I really didn't know. The author presents the material in a manner that's easy to understand and sources are provided after every chapter. Needless to say, I ran right out and ordered one for myself!
