Annual Editions, Western Civ. Volume 2

This book is in good shape, there is no damage to the pages and all of the text clean. However, when I received the book it had been crammed into a mailing envelope that was too small for it. The envelope had ripped during shipping and the book was exposed. It was really hard to get the book out of the envolope without tearing the book. The adhesive end of the envelope was stuck to the cover and along the bottom of the book.Overall the book is good but the customer service in shipping was poor.
