Horrible condition when marked as "acceptable"

This book was marked as in acceptable condition but was in very poor shape when it arrived. The binding and front cover is completely torn apart and seemingly chewed on. The title on the binding is unreadable and the front is very damaged. No way this should have been sold or marked as acceptable condition. I'm very disappointed.
