I bought this book 20 years ago, along with a wok. I made every recipe in it, right in a row...and after that "wokking" never intimidated me! Love the book. In it is the best set of instructions for cooking brown rice I have ever seen. My copy of this book has been misplaced (I'm sure it's in my box room, otherwise I would repurchase it!); however, I found the brown rice instruction online --- and I know how to use my wok creatively because of this book!
If you like stir fry, this is an easy, healthy diet plan.
