When sheep ranches could be self sufficient.

My father was a herder on this ranch for over 10 years. I have some wonderful memories and photos of his days in the wilderness. I read this book hoping to hear some of the stories some of the herders might have told but it is a good book for what it is. A bit of important history when a sheep rancher could really be self-sufficient and not need a job in town. These were other times we need to know about. It is nice to see Mr. Little had such a wonderful and dedicated manager, too.

A Great Book Written By A Great Author

This book is a great read and is written by one of the most important women in Idaho's history.
