Looking back over almost 80 years of life, I am so very grateful for the many blessings of God that I certainly did not deserve. In my early years I never imagined that my life would go in the direction that it did. God called me to do something that I could not possibly do, and then, He stood by me every step of the way to help me do it. He gave this 'childhood-shy-and-bashful' boy a love for people and a pastor's heart. Without any hesitation, I agree with the old farmer and thankfully say, "Lord, you have met all of my needs, AND THEN SOME."
