The safety and refuge of Zion is not made of brick and mortar. It is a community molded from the pure hearts of its people. (D&C 97:12) It is a community that is based on the laws of the celestial kingdom (D&C 105:5,32). The leadership challenge facing the Latter-day Saints is how can they help their people survive the bloody calamities in years to come and at the same time prepare to lead as righteous administers in the Kingdom of Heaven.
