Chock Full of History

Daufuskie Island's history includes dinasaurs, plantations, wars, Native Americans, slaves. Bill Burn covers it in DETAIL! Sometimes the detail is dry-like paragraphs just of names. But mostly it is amazing that this gorgeous resort destination of only 5 miles could be so rich in history. Better than the book is the Billie Burn Museum located in Daufuskie Island's Carmel Baptist Church!
