5 stars for Patrick Menton and his amazing book! This book truly has been the way for me to de-stress and relax at the end of a tough day (or week)... there are plenty of amazing tips in here that the busier of us sometimes forget amidst all of the hustle and bustle of our work routines. I am thrilled to be able to enjoy the tips contained within this book, as one can truly never spoil themselves too much!

#366...Indulge yourself in a review of a good book. Every now and again we need to step back, and let ourselves relax with a lighthearted, smart book, such as: "An Indulgence A Day." This book doesn't just give you an indulgence a day, it gives you ideas for parties, for dinners, for anything. It's a new way at looking at things, what if we really did allow ourselves even one simple indulgence a day, imagine, how much happier people would be.
