Thrilled to have Oak Ridge Boy Joe Bonsall's Beautiful Christmas story!

Such a lovely heartfelt Christmas family story to be enjoyed by all. I'm so happy to have a copy of this 2004 book and it's signed by Oak Ridge Boy & Author Joseph S. Bonsall! I'll treasure it for always!

Great Family Christmas Book

This book is about a family whose idea of the perfect Christmas gets sidetracked when they encounter several unexpected events, but which all end up leading up to the best Christmas ever. I read this over a couple of nights to my boys, leading up to Christmas, and they really enjoyed it. I think it's so important to remind our children (and ourselves too) that just because things don't always go the way we plan them or the way we think they should, it doesn't mean that the situation can't come out being truly wonderful anyway. What a great book to remind us all of that truth in a simple and easily understandable way.

Great Family Book

Everybody should have this book to read to their family at Christmas time to help them all remember what Christmas really is about and how blessed we are.

This is a great story.

As the book states, this starts out to be one very inconvenient Christmas. Seems like anything that can go wrong, does. A simple trip for the Winstead family to grandpas house for Christmas goes from bad to worse. But then in the spirit of the season all the neighbors an friends pull together and the family has a great Chrismas after all. My favorite part of the book is when Grandpa tells the children his version of the first "Inconvenient Christmas" the story of the birth of Christ, This is a wonderfull story that any child or adult will enjoy reading.
