One of the best cookbooks ever!

This wonderful compilation was a benefit for the US Ski Team. Mine has disintegrated from 20+ years of use, and I am buying another. It would be lovely for both the newer and more experienced cook - it has a wide range of wonderful recipes. The BBQ sauces & meat marinades are fantastic. Seafood pasta has seen us through many holidays... and more!

Excellent Cookbook!

I bought this cookbook in 1984, it is the best cookbook I own, and I have a collection of over 200 cookbooks, the copper mountain quiche is the best I have ever had, on page 74, I know the recipe from heart after all these years, I have made this numerous times, now I am picking up another used copy for my step son, he is in love with this book too! Try it, the price is right, you cannot go wrong with this cookbook, try the recipies in this book, you will adore it just as much as I do!
