Sorting out the constantly changing world of nutrition information, diets and weight loss fads can be tricky, but this book provides all the facts in an easy to read format. The tips are practical, the information factual and it's also a great reference for all Health Professionals. The investment is very small, when compared to the multiple benefits the book contains.

Finally ... a nutrition book that offers honest, straight-forward advice in a format that's easy, and even fun, to read. Although I bought it for myself, it has now become a resource that our entire family uses, including my parents.

A "best buy". Keeping 600 pages readable can be difficult, but this book pulls it off. This guide has anything and everything you ever wanted to know about food.
