couldn't put it down

My mom asked me to buy her this book and although I'm also a book lover I didn't think much about it since it was her idea. She read it first and told me she loved it and would like me and my sisters to read it too. I volunteered to go first and didn't regret it! I believe very much in the concept of past lives and I sometimes was reading the book at night and actually was scared! I read it very fast because the story is really thrilling and you want to know what will come next. I recommend this book to everyone who believes in past lives and to people who are not sure if they believe or not too (I would say this is my mom's case), I'm glad it's still in print although it was written quite some time ago.

Will read again

I usually judge a book as to whether or not I plan or reading it again. This is a definite winner. I wish the ending had not been so abrupt, but other than that I have no complaints. I read the book in two sittings (and was late for work both days). I plan on recommending this book to all of my friends. Definitely 5 stars (in my humble opinion).

A superb, well written romantic thriller!

This well written, superb novel ranks as one of my all time best! The story from start to finish will keep you awake because you want to know what's going to happen page after page. The characters are well written and the plot will keep you asking for more even after the last page. I've read this book years and years ago but I always make sure to re-read it once in a while because it is "timeless" and really worth reading.

This is the best book I've read in a very long time. It's about a screenwriter in the 80s who is infatuated with a dead 40s actress and doesnt know why. If I said anything more about it, it would give it away. A very philosophical thrilling romantic novel that deals with reincarnation. It's out of print now, but you should be able to find it used somewhere.
