Excellent read for anyone

This book was an excellent read for anyone that would like to know more about alternative cures, and not having to run to the doctors all the time.

Very good

This book gives yyou proof of what works and what is questionable. It also gives the side effects. What it lacks, is MORE supplements for each medical condition...example the cold and vitamin C's effects are not mentioned. Also, the most common conditions are addressed but I really would have liked more. BUT it is still very useful and a reccomend for your home library.
