About the Author
Sidonie Bouchet is a French Australian spiritual and wholistic health practitioner dedicated to guiding and supporting you towards transformation. Through, her writings, workshops, presentations and personalised consultations, she offers insight and inspiration for inner growth.

Sidonie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and a Bachelor of European Communication. She has also studied Psychology, Natural Medicine and Reflexology. After working a decade in editorial publishing, she followed her calling as a spiritual counsellor and workshop facilitator, embarking on her mission.

Sidonie is the author of The Lightworker Guide series. She is also the author of The Respected Lightworker.

From 2000 to 2012, Sidonie brought together Lightworkers for ceremonial performances, including at the renowned Woodford Folk Festival in Australia.

In 2011, she founded the Soul Sex Facebook page, a space where she shares her thoughts and writings with a large international community, fostering authentic connection, self-empowerment and growth.
