Good middle-school explanation of American Plan

If you're looking for an introduction to colonial economic theory, this book explains the difference between the Hamilton's American Plan and Jefferson's agrarian-based plan clearly. This book is geared for young students (5th grade to high school). Since most Americans have forgotten what life looked like before so-called "free trade" gutted our economy, it should also be recommended reading for all elected officials.
