Great A-Z Booklet on Home Remedies by a Master Herbalist

Various maladies are listed from A-Z, with their accompanying remedies. They mostly involve herbs and vegetables but also other substances and approaches, as 1 tsp. of apricot brandy for stomach cramps, and putting hands in hot water for asthma attack (both of which work very well, I can say). I don't know Hanna's work enough to compare this work to her other books on herbal healing, but this is definitely a very helpful guide, from a very noble server of humanity.

A fantastic book. It gives clear and concise alternative treatments for everyday ills. The idea of using natural alternatives to heal the body is what I wanted. This book covered areas I never dreamed could be healed through food sources. Great book!
