After hours by Gina Wilkins One of her better books and that's saying something. Rhys is a stoic boss until he gets sick and Angelique winds up taking care of him. There are some great scenes in this book. After she teasingly tells him she's a cheap drunk, there's a scene where at an office party some guys are slipping her liquor in fruit juice and Rhys rescues her, assuring her she's not easy since she's turned down their invitations time after time. But she DOES reveal her yen for Rhys and that sets the ball rolling for a relationship outside the office. They are a great team, both in and out of the office. He's been raised by a foster mother and doesn't realize that he can and DOES demonstrate his love both to the foster Mom and Angelique. Angelique has trust issues, since her dear old Dad was an embezzler and winds up in prison, whereupon her former friends drop her like a rock. This is a sweet book with some spicy love scenes. Won't ruin it by telling you anything else, but will let you discover this little gem's shining moments all on your own. Buy it!
