This book is good for beginers as well as intermeit players. Ittells about thing like pawn structure and sacrifices. If your'e justbeingnig to know chess, this book is for you. END

Great, simple clear colorful book on chess.

Only a quarter of an inch thick, this heavy paperback has beautiful color picture board diagrams. Title says Advanced chess, but really for those who know how to move chess pieces. Very good introduction to opening principles, Opening examples; middle game strategies and tactics and endgame ideas. I have a library of more than 100 chess books, this book is outstanding bacause it covers all phases of the game and explains chess ideas clearly. If you looking for a slim chess book with with oustanding diagrams and crystal clear explanations, this is it.

A great book for intermediate chess players. Contains very clear chess diograms and many great chess puzzles.
