beginning & intermediate algebra

the book was in the condition that was stated in the ad & I was pleased with that...but it came very late...it came much later than was stated at the original shipping estimate that was suggested. I didn't pay for express shipping because of that. When it didn't come as was suggested, then of course, when you inquire about it...then they tell you that it is still within this time-frame that they now tell you is longer. I would highly suggest paying for the quicker shipping if you need the book in two weeks or less. They will tell you 7 to 10 days for normal shipping...but I would not trust this.
