Best Book For This Level of Instruction

After having taught from a variety of books I feel that this book is the BEST for entry level coding instruction. This will not prepare a student for certified coder, by any means; however it is well written, organized, easy for students to understand, colorful - just an all around wonderful instruction book for beginners in coding - includes cpt, icd9, hcfa completion, etc; all the important things. If you wanted more indepth coding - such as needed for physician office certification level (advanced) I would suggest step-by-step coding by Carol Buck - also an excellent book.
