"Each tool and tip that Jeff shares is based on real "in the trenches" experience, and can be used right out of the box." - Woody Zuill
Written by a very experienced Agile Coach, Scrum Master and Agile consultant, this book is filled with examples and tools to help you engage the team; communicate with stakeholders; bring visibility and transparency to the work of the team; and generally help Agile teams succeed.
In this book the author covers visualisation tools; retrospective facilitation tools; progress review and communication tools; and more tools that can help you tackle specific problems you may be facing with your teams. This book is a great resource for Agile Coaches, Scrum Masters, Product Owners and Team Members in an Agile Team.
The tools in it are short, concise, target a specific issue, and above all are something you can actually DO None of these tools are a silver bullet. They won't fix all the problems you have overnight.
And they won't remove the need to understand the philosophy but hopefully they will provide some inspiration
It is a good informative book

I am learning math with a tutor. This book is a required course in the future and I want to be prepared. My tutor loves this book, she says it is very precise and she likes how it is written.
