THIS BOOK IS A LIFESAVER!

I want to thank Chris Gibson for writing this book, improving the appearance of my skin naturally, and changing my life for the better. What I love most about his book is the methods in this book are simple, inexpensive, and natural with amazing results!! With the help of, "Acne Free in 3 Days, I am able to go out in public with self-confidence now. Compared to chemical peels and constant visits to the demertologist, both ending in non satisfying results and an empty wallet, this book beats the competition hands down. I love in the book when Chris Gibson mentions the phrase, "paying the price;" he reassures me that by making small sacrifices in my diet and daily grooming routines I can greatly increase the beauty and appearance of my skin. Trust me, this book is a lifesaver and I am so grateful to have come across Chris's website. Thanks for everything Chris!

Definitely worth it....

Chris Gibson's book helped to improve the condition of my skin. His book made me realize how important it is to really take notice of what we put in our bodies. I did not feel that Chris' method required excessive effort. I think we have to ask ourselves whether improved health and confidence in our appearance is worth a concerted effort, I think it is. In contemporary society, we are so consumed with "quick fixes", what's wrong with putting forth a little effort toward self- improvement?
