Good book on Spirulina & Chlorella...

Nice book on Raw Food, Spirulina & Chlorella. You can get these at any Whole Foods or on line, lots of chlorophyl in these little guys!

Changed my life

This book is truly have changed my life. I used to believe that foods I was eating were healthy, but for a past two years I started discovering that this was not true. After reading this book, I am very much convinced. I am not only feeling better, but got so much energy.

Great Resource

This book is very informative and educational. The information it provides is useful and well-documented. I started taking spirulina and chlorella six months ago and Achieving Great Health has been a very good resource for me. It is an easy read with well-documented support; I think everyone would benefit from this book, no matter what their understanding of health and nutrition. It is motivating and makes sense. McCauley provides a great resource to those looking for great health!

Very informative

I love this book! It explains in great detail the benefits of consuming chlorella and spirulina. I started taking both and I could really tell a difference in how I felt. I highly recommend this book.

This is by far the most comprehensive book on natural health I have ever written. The author obviously lives the lifestyle he promotes. The book is detailed and has an abundence of scientific references to back his claims that we need to move to a raw food diet if we expect to be healthy. He also explains water and why we need to consume it each and every day. I was surprised at many of the conculsions arrived at in the book, but when I stopped to think about it I could see he is right about all of it. The book outlines six things we need to do to be health and cure ourselves of disease. I was very impressed with it and urge everyone to read it if you want to be truly healthy.
