This book makes a good addition to your financial library if you, like me, are looking for a "documentary-style" account of how real people have started on the journey to becoming professional real estate investors.Don't get me wrong. This is not a complete real estate course. Other books do a better job of this. But if you're wondering how someone in a tight financial situation can start in a career in real estate, this book shows how three unemployed people got their new careers successfully started.It's inspiration for those that can't see how to begin.
