I ordered this book for one chart (one of the Oxburgh pieces), but was delighted to see the number of other pieces. The book is more along the lines of "fragements of" pieces. Other than the Oxburgh and Hardwick panels, the charts and patterns are of bits or motiefs of the pieces presented. Granted, the pieces presented are all huge and would each make a book in themselves, and this book gives a delightful taste of each piece, along with information about the background of the piece. The charts and designs are nicely done. Note that some are near-copies while others take elements and combine them.
