Cassandra Evelyn Carter, or Cassie Carter, grew up in a small town. Everyone there knew her name, just as she knew everyone as well. She loved the small town life. She loved the way everyone felt like family. She loved how pure the culture was in the tiny close knit community of Coldwater, South Carolina.
