A childhood favorite!

My father purchased this for me when I was just a tot. I think he bought it from someone at work, from a catalog or something. It is a family favorite. The illustrations are really cool---the thingumajigs are cute and a little creepy all at once, certainly provocative pictures for children. I now in adulthood have all the Thingumajig books I could find! I teach Kindergarten and my students love these books as much as I do. Will remain forever as one of my all time favorites!

A Childrens Christmas Joy!

Since I was a young child, this book has been one of my very favorites. The simple rhymes are fun and memorable. The illustrations are terrific. This book creates a fun group of friends for children of all ages. The Thingamajigs are funny little guys that learn what the true meaning of Christmas really is..."In Giving, not in getting..." Molly and Humphrey help to teach the lesson that we can carry the spirit of Christmas throughout the entire year if we are willing to give of ourselves. It is fun, exciting, and inspiring. A great childrens book that is easily enjoyed by adults as well.
