Good Plot twist

This book was a page turner for sure! Has lots of twist and kept me engaged and guessing!

I received two copies of this book that had water damage. This is unacceptable.

I received the first book with water damage. I contacted support and they sent me a new copy. I received the new copy in the mail today and there is water damage. Two books and water damage.

This one is wild! You almost need charts and graphs to keep the #PlotTwists straight!

The length of each chapter is perfect with regard to keeping the reader's undivided attention anxiously waiting to see what's on the next page. Nearly every chapter ends with some sort of cliffhanger, so you're sure to have this book with you wherever you may be until you're done reading it! I almost needed a full day to process and recover after I finished the book! Just when you think you've figured out what's going on, you turn the page and find out another detail that has you back at square one. (The only thing that kept eating at me was the fact that an establishment in the book has "Cruikshank" in part of its name. Each time I read that it made me think of Hermione Granger's pet cat, Crookshanks in The Harry Potter Series.)

Not my favorite

A story where everyone hates their spouse and the relationships intertwine which makes everyone hate everyone else. The ending felt like a bit of a cliffhanger for a second book I probably wouldn’t be able to get through. Most twists were very predictable and seemed like they were just handed to the reader instead of making the reader think. The characters were all unlikable which I think was intentional but the story seemed to drag for no reason. Disappointed in this story.

Page turner

This book kept me entertained, I enjoy Shari’s writing style.

Riveting, mesmerizing!

I simply could not put this book down! I read sometimes into the night until I could keep my eyes open no more. So many twist and turns...

Easy read.

I finished the book in two days, and it kept me interested. Looking forward to read more from this author.
