Here you will find the combined collection of stories from the hard-working children at Mercenfeld Primary School. We set each child the task of writing a (roughly) 500-word story in any style they liked with the end purpose of making it available to you, the public. Here you will find the results. Some are complete short stories, others are a great beginning to something even bigger. We hope you'll agree that they are all amazing in their own way. As teachers, we've polished a little bit of grammar and punctuation but largely left the narratives in the children's voices. Hopefully, you'll find this a more engaging and worthwhile read.
